Genetic Mutation Screening of DNA Polymerase in Human Lung Cancer

Conclusion No lung tumor specific mutations of Polb gene could be found in Chinese lung cancer patients and Polb gene mutation might not be a molecular marker for Chinese lung cancer patients.
