Systemic neoadjuvant chemotherapy in modern pancreatic cancer treatment: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

CONCLUSIONS: Current evidence suggests that neoadjuvant chemotherapy has a beneficial effect on overall survival in resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma in comparison with upfront surgery and adjuvant therapy.
