Minnesota hospitals ask for investigation of Blue Cross Blue Shield

The Minnesota Hospital Association is asking state officials to investigate Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota for what the trade organization says is a refusal by the not-for-profit health insurer to pay for medically necessary services.
