Glucose Monitoring in Critically Ill: Is Absence of "Stress Hyperglycemia" a Cause for Concern?

Conclusions: We concluded that that patients who develop hypoglycaemia may have an equally bad prognosis or even worse than those who develop hyperglycaemia during the period of critical illness.
