(MedPage Today) -- Physicians may have to rethink the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) cutoff for eligibility for cardiac resynchronization therapy with defibrillation (CRT-D) as a new analysis showed good results in patients with mild heart failure and LVEF greater than 30%.
