Position Available Saint Louis University Dermatology Clinical Research Fellowship

The Saint Louis University Department of Dermatology is accepting applications for a 2 year Research Fellowship starting July 1, 2013. The Department of Dermatology faculty members have extensive experience in conducting both industry sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies. The Research Fellow will join a research program composed of Dermatology faculty, a senior research fellow, and a clinical trial coordinator. Activities will include involvement in a variety of clinical trials and research projects. Ongoing and recent studies include clinical trials of cosmetic devices, psoriasis therapies, hyperhidrosis therapies, hidradenitis therapies, and melanoma and other cutaneous cancer therapies as well as vaccine trials and studies involving database analysis of patient populations and interventions. The fellow will participate in the design, implementation, and publication of studies. In addition, the fellow will take part in academic activities with the Dermatology residents and in patient care in the faculty Dermatology clinics. The fellow will be involved with overseeing the IV infusion program. The fellow will also have the opportunity to devise, conduct, and present their own research study. A stipend and benefits are provided.
