Selenium nanoparticles fabricated in laminarin polysaccharides solutions exert their cytotoxicities in HepG2 cells by inhibiting autophagy and promoting apoptosis.
In conclusion, these results indicated that LP-SeNPs exerted its cytotoxicity in HepG2 cells by inhibiting autophagy and inducing apoptosis.
