Mango promoted to Department of Health & Human Services exec post

Former Pittsburgh health care consultant Paul Mango has been promoted to a new policy post at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Mango has been chief of staff for the Centers for Medicare& Medicaid Services. He'll now be HHS deputy chief of staff for policy, which is newly created to plan and coordinate policy.
