Mutational profile by targeted next generation sequencing of non-small cell lung cancer in the Mexican population.

CONCLUSIONS: t-NGS improved NSCLC treatments efficacy due to its sensitivity and specificity. A distinct pattern of somatic mutations was found in Mexican population.
