Conclusion: With a rigorous study design, we uncovered the kinetics of T cells in natural DENV infection. Decreased number of effector CD8+ T cells in the early phase of infection and subsequent increment after defervescence day probably associated with the T cell migration in DENV infection.

In this study, we used egg yolks from DENV-immunized geese to purify IgY antibodies specific to DENV NS1 epitopes. We determined that 2 anti-NS1 IgY antibodies, NS1-1 and NS1-8, were capable of neutralizing DENV infection in vitro. Conclusions: In baseline dengue seropositives, following a CYD-TDV booster dose administered 4–5 years after primary immunization, dengue neutralizing antibody GMTs and B-cell memory responses peaked in the short-term before gradually decreasing over time. A CYD-TDV booster dose could improve protection against dengue during outbreak periods.
