Left ventricular mechanical dyssynchrony in patients with chest pain and normal epicardial coronary arteries

ConclusionHigher ventricular volumes in females and dyssynchrony are associated with inducible ischemia in MPI in patients with chest pain and normal coronaries. Stress-induced ischemia increases degree of dyssynchrony.
