Right Colectomy with Extended D3 Mesenterectomy: Anterior and Posterior to the Mesenteric Vessels.

CONCLUSION: This study shows that 1.2% of patients would have been incorrectly diagnosed as Stage II if extended D3 mesenterectomy had not been performed. Conclusions: Adjuvant fluoropyrimidine alone is the most optimal regimen for patients with high-risk stage II colon adenocarcinoma compared with the other adjuvant chemotherapy regimens. Adjuvant FOLFOX can serve as an optimal regimen for patients with pathologic stage III colon adenocarcinoma, regardless of age, sex, or tumor location.

ConclusionsTaken together, these data demonstrate that hyperinsulinemia per se promotes both breast and colon cancer progression in obese mice, and highlight SGLT2 inhibitors as a clinically available means of slowing obesity-associated tumor growth due to their glucose- and insulin-lowering effects.

In this study, we got the top 3,075 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and 1,613 potential prognostic genes by GEPIA 2 and identified 1,166 fitness genes in COAD based on genome-scale CRISPR-Cas9 knockout (GeCKO) screening data.
