Ergosterols from Ganoderma sinense and their anti-inflammatory activities by inhibiting NO production

Their structures were established on the basis of extensive NMR and MS technologies, as well as the single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1‒3 and 6 exhibited inhibitory activities against NO production with IC50 of 17.7–32.4 μM.Graphical abstract
