Philadelphia maker of 'respiratory therapist in a box' raises $1.3M

Strados Labs, a Philadelphia medical device company developing what it calls a “respiratory therapist in a box,” has raised $1.3 million in a private stock sale. The investment, disclosed in documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, was led by Princeton venture capital firm SOSV.
