Organizing pneumonia secondary to lung cancer of unknown primary site
ConclusionOP secondary to lung cancer of unknown primary site are rare. When OP patients have lymphadenopathy or poor response to glucocorticoid, a more differential diagnosis should be considered, especially for avoiding the misdiagnosis of a malignancy.
