A total of 403 probes were customized to estimate the isoform expressions of 155 cancer genes curated from the literature with more reliable isoform annotations, where each of the 155 gene contains at least two isoforms.

In this study, we developed a novel anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody (mAb), H2Mab-41 (IgG2b, kappa), and the antitumor activity of H2Mab-41 was investigated using mouse xenograft models. Caco-2 cells (human colon cancer cell line), which expresses HER2, were subcutaneously implanted into the flanks of nude mice. H2Mab-41 and control mouse IgG were injected three times into the peritoneal cavity of mice. In this study, gene expression profile is used for discriminating efficiently colon cancer cell lines from normal cells and cancer cells in blood samples of colon cancer patients and categorizing different types of gastrointestinal cancer. In this study, we reviewed major human studies on the health risks of radiation exposure and showed that sex-related factors may potentially influence the long-term response to radiation exposure.
