Stomach-partitioning gastrojejunostomy versus stent placement for the treatment of malignant gastric outlet obstruction.

CONCLUSIONS: SPGJ presents greater luminal permeability, better oral intake and greater survival than SP. SP is preferable for non-surgical patients with a limited short-term prognosis.
