Traumatic hyphema in a patient with severe hemophilia A: Clinical features and management.

CONCLUSION: In such cases with hemophilia A, traumatic hyphema, and intraocular pressure elevation despite medical intervention, an early surgical clot removal under intense factor VIII replacement could be performed.
