Conclusion 18F-FDG-PET/CT has high sensitivity in the detection of cSCC lesions, including small cutaneous and nodal disease, and has a potential role in initial staging and management.

We describe a case of a 57-year-old man presented with a painless mass in the left supraclavicular area. Five years before, he was diagnosed with SCC in floor of mouth (FOM) and underwent radiotherapy (RT). Diagnoses: Sonography-guided biopsy on the supraclavicular lymph node revealed diffuse spindle cell proliferation with a focus of squamous differentiation. This article reports on a case of a 74-year-old male patient who underwent computed tomography (CT)-guided lung biopsy of suspect nodules after squamous cell carcinoma of the tonsils. Mr T is a 68 year old Chinese man, diagnosed with locally advanced circumferential squamous cell carcinoma at proximal esophagus with local lymphadenopathy, who underwent chemoradiotherapy. He developed severe cough and CT scan noted the presence of a tracheoesophageal fistula. A gastroscopy confirmed the presence of circumferential tumor with tracheoesophageal fistula which was too proximal to place an esophageal stent. A fully covered tracheal stent was inserted endoscopically and a gastrostomy tube was inserted radiologically to bypass the esophagus for feeding.
