Ohio medical marijuana program appoints new oversight lead over cultivators, processors, labs

Ohio's medical marijuana program has a new chief regulator over cultivators, processors and testing labs. Greg McIlvaine has been hired as senior policy advisor for the Ohio Department of Commerce, which has oversight over those parts of the program. He'll be introduced at Thursday's monthly meeting of the state Medical Marijuana Advisory Committee.
