Hyperacute Infarct on intra-operative diffusion imaging of pediatric brain tumor surgery.

CONCLUSIONS: Hyperacute infarcts are not rare events to complicate pediatric brain tumor resection. Tumoral encasement of the circle of Willis vessels appears to be the main risk factor.
