ConclusionsAnti-CXCR4 and anti-PD-1 combination immunotherapy modulates tumor-infiltrating populations of the glioma microenvironment. Targeting myeloid cells with anti-CXCR4 facilitates anti-PD-1 to promote an antitumor immune response and improved survival rates.
