[Stopping and reducing smoking in patients with schizophrenia].

CONCLUSION: Smoking cessation strategies for patients with schizophrenia appear to be effective and should combine (1) smoking cessation medications with sufficient duration, (2) diversified psychosocial approaches and (3) physical activity practice.
