A Prospective Longitudinal Study about Change of Sleep, Anxiety, Depression, and Quality of Life in Each Step of Breast Cancer Patients.
CONCLUSION: Breast cancer patients experience sleep disturbance, anxiety, depression, and loss of QoL. During the period of treatment, these do not change significantly, but these symptoms are often overlooked. Providing sufficient explanations about the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer and mental support for breast cancer patients prior to treatment will help to improve patients' QoS, anxiety, depression, and QoL.
