Arthroplasty infection rates in fractured neck of femur: single vs dual antibiotic cement.

CONCLUSION: Dual antibiotic cement reduced the rate of deep surgical site infection compared with conventional single antibiotic cement in arthroplasty for fractured neck of femur.
