Measuring HER2 Expression In Patients with Advanced GastricCancer Using 68Ga-Affibody PET/CT

Conclusion: 68Ga-NOTA-MAL-MZHER2 PET/CT is a feasible method for noninvasively detection of HER2 status in AGC patients with or without anti-HER2 therapy, it provide an in vivo understanding of AGC biology that will help us investigate the tumor metastases and drug resistance, and will ultimately help oncologists make better individual therapy for patients.
