Prediction Nomograms for 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT in different clinical stages of biochemical recurrence after radical therapy.

Conclusions: The implementation of this clinical nomograms in the decision-making process of recurrent PCa might facilitate patient selection for 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT, thus reducing the incidence of false negative scan. Furthermore, we confirmed that the diagnostic accuracy of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT vary considering all clinical stages of BCR and different predictors of positive scan should be taken into consideration at different time point of the BCR.
