Norwood Operation with Anterior Translocation of Pulmonary Artery

We present 2 cases of successful total cavopulmonary connection after Norwood operation using the right ventricle-to-pulmonary artery shunt with translocation of the pulmonary bifurcation anterior to the reconstructed neoaortic arch. This modification provided a better surgical access to an obstructive pulmonary artery at staged single ventricle strategy and a space for the growth of the pulmonary arteries.
