ConclusionSurgical treatment for HIV-infected patients with NSCLC receiving HAART therapy and keeping adequate CD4-positive T-cell counts is safe and feasible. Preoperative precise staging using diagnostic imaging is difficult for these patients.

ConclusionsOur study revealed the clinical characteristics and prognoses of patients who became ineligible for the PACIFIC trial after CRT. Physicians should be careful while prescribing CRT for patients with characteristics such as old age, male gender, and radiation therapy with V20  ≥ 35%.

In this report, we examined the anti-cancer and drug sensitivity increased activities of CKI in gefitinib less sensitive NSCLC cell lines H1650 and H1975. Bioinformatics analysis was applied to uncover gene regulation and molecular mechanisms of CKI.
