Orthogonal Plating With a 95-Degree Blade Plate for Salvage of Unsuccessful Cephalomedullary Nailing of Atypic Femur Fractures: A Technical Trick

We present a technique that uses orthogonal, dual plating of the proximal femur in addition to biologic augmentation for the management of these challenging fractures.
