Ipsilateral ureteroureterostomy (UU) has gained popularity for treating ureteral duplication (UD) associated with obstruction or vesicoureteral reflux (VUR). Several studies have demonstrated its high success rate and low morbidity. We tried to identify the predictors of adverse outcomes associated with UU.
