Essential skin shrinkage: cicatricial ectropion, a histopathologic evaluation and clinical analysis.

CONCLUSIONS: ESS is predominantly seen in male individuals with FST I or II and a history of extensive sun exposure. Histopathologic evaluation shows moderate to severe actinic damage.
