Diabetes software company names KC physician its chief medical officer

A Kansas City physician and diabetes researcher has been named chief medical officer for California-based Glooko. Dr. Mark Clements, has served on Glooko's medical advisory board since the diabetes data management company was formed in 2015. Glooko's software integrates with patient electronic health records and synchronizes data from more than 190 diabetes devices and fitness and activity trackers.
