Henoch-Schönlein purpura-like presentation in IgA-dominant Staphylococcus infectionassociated glomerulonephritis - a diagnostic pitfall.

Conclusion: In adult patients with an HSPlike presentation, a high index of suspicion for underlying Staphylococcal infection is warranted. Blood cultures are frequently negative.
