It reveals the most important gaps and provides action-oriented recommendations to overcome them. Weather-related hazards account for more than 87 percent of all disaster displacement, and the impacts of climate change and the increasing concentration of populations in areas exposed to storms and floods mean that ever more people are at risk of being displaced.
