Source: United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID). Published: 4/30/2019. This 20-page review of existing literature examines the effect of conflict on longer term mental and physical health, communities, families, and overall human development, and indicates that there are a number of significant implications of not addressing mental health and psychosocial (MHPSS) needs of children, youth, and adults in conflict settings.
