COO at Amazon's health care startup leaves after eight months

The second-in-command at Haven, the Boston-based healthcare startup formed by Amazon.com Inc, Berkshire Hathaway Inc. and JPMorgan Chase& Co., has decided to resign from the role for family reasons, the company said Friday.
