A potpourri of pediatric urology

On occasion, and by happenstance, the chronology and seasons of our lives correlate  with our celestial position. After a particularly long and hard winter on many fronts, I am warmed by the promise of a change in seasons. The calendar suggests spring should be in the air because it is March at the time of this writing. However, the temperature this morning on my way to work was - 6F (-21°C), and the air was devoid of life—still and silent.
