Surgical Ablation of Atrial Fibrillation in Patients Undergoing Bioprosthetic Valve Replacement.

Conclusion: The overall long-term clinical outcomes in these predominantly elderly patients undergoing AF ablation concomitantly with bioprosthetic valve replacement were satisfactory; however, AF recurrence was frequent.
