[Clinical evaluation of modified free gingival transplantation technique].

CONCLUSIONS: Modified free gingival graft technique can effectively increase the width of buccal keratinized gingiva of the implants, with minimal shrinkage of the graft 1 year after operation without significant pain after operation.
