Elderly employees - burden or benefit

Recent data show that today 60% or more of women participate in labour force. The number of women age 51 years or older on the workplace are expected to increase during the next decade. To lessen the impact of an aging population elderly people are encouraged to continue working. The supply of workers aged 50 and above has risen rapidly since 2011.
