19. Dorsolateral Prefrontal and Posterior Parietal Networks Supporting Working Memory in a Non-Human Primate Model

Neurons in both the dorsolateral prefrontal and posterior parietal cortex are active during working memory tasks. The functional specialization of the two areas and the underlying circuit properties responsible for such a specialization are unknown.
