28. An Epigenome-Wide Association Study of PTSD in Veterans Implicates Several New DNA Methylation Loci
Both candidate gene and epigenome-wide association studies (EWASs) have implicated DNA methylation in PTSD. Here, we present an EWAS of PTSD in a cohort of United States veterans (n=378 lifetime PTSD cases and 135 controls) assessed using the Illumina EPIC BeadChip.
