ConclusionThese results showed that proinflammatory cytokines including IL-8 and IL-17 have role in pathogenesis of IGM. However, the increased levels of IL-10 in especially patients in remission suggest that it reduces the release of proinflamatory cytokines as well as suppressing their function and activation for controlling IGM. The objective of this study was to determine urinary metabotypes of dairy cows prior to, during, and after diagnosis of subclinical mastitis (SCM). Twenty controls (CON) and 6 cows with SCM were included in the study. DI/LC-MS/MS was used to measure 186 metabolites in the urine at −8 and − 4 wks prepartum, disease diagnosis, and at +4 and + 8 wks postpartum.
