Superior Mesenteric Artery Thrombosis Following Necrotizing Pancreatitis

In this report, we present a case of acute superior mesenteric artery thrombosis secondary to necrotizing pancreatitis following a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The patient was successfully treated with catheter-direct thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy.
