Noncaseating granulomatous diseases in germ cell cancer patients-A single-center experience.

CONCLUSIONS: In GCT patients, the coexistence of noncaseating granulomatous disease is common. Minimal invasive bronchoscopic techniques can serve for the cytopathologic exclusion of malignant thoracic manifestations.
