Novel heterozygous BPIFC variant in a Chinese pedigree with hereditary trichilemmal cysts

ConclusionOur results imply thatBPIFC is a causative gene in this Chinese family with hereditary TCs. Further studies should be performed to validate the role ofBPIFC in the pathogenesis of this disease.
