Comprehensive circular RNA expression profiles and the tumor-suppressive function of circHIPK3 in ovarian cancer.

CONCLUSIONS: We identified the circRNA expression profile in ovarian cancer tissues and further verified the existence and expression of six randomly selected differentially expressed circRNAs.
