Small business participation under federal health care remains unclear
The Affordable Care Act is grabbing headlines with news that more than one million people applied for health insurance during the first week of open enrollment for 2015.
Federal regulators and officials, including President Barack Obama, have trumpeted that number as a sign the health care law is working. The data reflected ACA enrollment from Nov. 15 to 21 on the federal marketplace, called an exchange.
