The role of Cabergoline and post-collection Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone – antagonist administration for Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome prevention: A Retrospective Cohort Study

ConclusionThe addition of a Cabergoline to GnRH-agonist triggering in high-risk OHSS patients and subsequently the addition of GnRH-antagonist for five days in the luteal phase, sequentially reduces the risk of mild and moderate OHSS and improves patient comfort compared to GnRH-agonist trigger alone.
